1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShutterJar ("the Service"), operated by JJMK Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShutterJar is an event photo and video sharing platform that allows hosts to create events, share links with guests, and collect photos and videos. Guests can upload content without creating an account.

3. User Accounts

To create events, you must register for an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

Events are sold as one-time purchases with the following tiers:

  • Basic: $4.99 - Up to 150 photos
  • Standard: $9.99 - Up to 500 photos
  • Premium: $19.99 - Up to 1,000 photos + 100 videos
  • Unlimited: $49.99 - Unlimited photos + unlimited videos

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and are subject to change.

5. Event Access Windows

Upload Window: Photos and videos can be uploaded for 30 days after your event date.

Access Window: Photos and videos remain accessible for 90 days after your event date.

After the access window expires, photos and videos may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download your content before this time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive photos or videos
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malware or malicious code

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload to the Service.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display the content as necessary to provide the Service.

Event hosts are responsible for all content uploaded to their events.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@jjmkstudios.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, including photos and videos. We recommend keeping backup copies of important content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
