4. Content Storage and Retention

Photos and videos uploaded to your events are stored securely and are accessible for 90 days after your event date. After the access window expires, content may be deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading your photos and videos before the access window ends.

  • Service Providers: Such as Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage
  • Event Guests: Photos and videos uploaded to an event are visible to the event host and, if enabled, other guests with the share link

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
