Do my guests need to download an app?
No! Guests simply scan your QR code with their phone camera, which opens a web page where they can upload photos directly. No app download or account creation required.
How long do I have access to the photos?
You have 90 days of access from your event date. During this time, you can view, manage, and download all photos. We recommend downloading your photos as a zip file before the access period ends.
Can I approve photos before they're shown to guests?
Yes! You can enable photo approval in your event settings. When enabled, photos won't appear in the shared gallery until you approve them from your dashboard.
What happens if I reach my photo limit?
Guests can continue uploading photos even after you reach your limit. You'll be able to see all photos in your dashboard, and you can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.
How do I share the QR code with guests?
After creating your event, you can download a printable QR code to display at your venue. You also get a shareable link that you can send via text, email, or social media.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No! Unlimited guests can upload photos to your event. You only pay based on how many photos you want to keep, not how many people contribute.
